At Via Sposito, every dish begins with respect for the ingredients and the traditions that inspired us. We bake our own bread, pull fresh mozzarella by hand, prepare pasta to order, and build our sauces from imported tomatoes and first-cold-pressed Sicilian olive oil.
Our coal-fired pizzas are known for their blistered, smoky crust, but the Via Sposito experience goes far beyond pizza. From handmade pastas and thoughtfully prepared entrées to family meals and special celebrations, everything is created with the same attention to quality, warmth, and genuine Italian hospitality.
